Overton Square Movie Series

Overton Square is continuing their movies series throughout 2022! Located in Chimes Square, these events take advantage of a top-notch projector and have fantastic vibes. If a chill movie night is what you’re after, Overton Square is where you’ll find it. 

Crown Me Royal Film Fest

Founded by Memphis artist and entrepreneur Chassidy Jade, the Crown Me Royal Film Fest highlights Black voices in film and television. By curating professional development in the arts, they hope to diversify film crews and show audiences a great time!

Malco Summer Drive - In

The Malco Summer Drive-In is a Memphis Staple, especially if you’re the outdoorsy type who doesn’t want to be stuck in a dark theater. Enjoy the sunset and warm weather while watching your favorite films!

In addition to their standard slate of theatrical releases, the Summer Drive-In is hosting a mind-bending summer sci-fi series featuring movies like Raiders of the Lost Ark and Mad Max: Fury Road.

The Grove's Summer Movie Series

This event will be one for the ages. The Grove at GPAC hosts games, food trucks, a bar, and live music before the movie even starts! There’s something for everyone at The Grove, so make sure you check it out. 

Half-Priced Tuesdays at Malco Theaters

While this isn’t a summer-exclusive event, this year’s action-packed summer movie slate means it’s the perfect time to take advantage of half-priced Tuesdays at Malco theaters. 

Perfect for group movie outings, tickets cost around $6, and can be purchased at half-price if you create an account (it’s completely free!).
