It’s official the Memphis Grizzlies are headed to the playoffs—and to get students, teachers, and administrators excited, the Grizzlies will host Grizz Week leading up to the big shebang.
On Tuesday, April 12, The Grizzlies Foundation is asking all school districts to participate in #GrizzSpirit Day.
One lucky school will even win a $2,022 prize for classroom supplies!
To participate schools are asked to do the following on Tuesday, April 12:
- Show your school spirit the Grizzlies way! Whether that’s teachers and students wearing Grizz gear, or classrooms being decorated blue and gold—or decked out with Grizzlies logos and jerseys—whatever #GrizzSpirit looks like to you.
- Tag @memgrizz on any social media platforms you use (Twitter, Instagram & Facebook) and use the hashtag #GrizzSpirit. If your account is private, please make it public so they can see your #GrizzSpirit or e-mail a screenshot of the posts to ssandhu@grizzlies.com.
- All posts must be live or submitted by Tuesday, April 12th by 5PM CST. Participants can post as many entries as they like.
- The winning school and classroom will be notified on Wednesday, April 13.
