Join us for Reharvest Memphis, a culinary experience to rethink food waste, on November 17th at Grind City Brewing.
This unique, immersive event will highlight the delicious connections between sustainability and food, with local chefs from PGF-certified restaurants preparing creative, surprising hors d’oeuvres using surplus ingredients gleaned from grocery stores.
This year, we will feature an all female line-up of local chefs:

Jessica Hewlette, FTK Memphis and Vittles Cuisines
Monique Williams, Biscuits & Jams
Jazmine Coke, Tsunami
Plus, charcuterie will be provided by Feast & Graze.
Attendees will mingle with the chefs and sample top-notch restaurant fare made from ingredients that might otherwise go unsold and uneaten. Grind City Brewing will serve beer, wine, and cocktails, mocktails, and other nonalcoholic beverages. Wine and spirits provided by our in-kind sponsor Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits.
