Mother’s day Mayhem is a friendly fitness competition that Esporta Bartlett is hosting. Put in place to empower women who might have put their health on hold, in order to help take care of their family. Encouraging them to get back on track with a healthy lifestyle for themselves.

If you’re a mom pick a partner and challenge them! If you’re friends with a mom, bring her and challenge her. You do not have to be related to compete against each other!
