Whether you’re seeking guidance, want to be aware about your mental health, decompress or learn about tools to improve your mental health- this event is for you! You are not alone! Come meet like-minded individuals and take a step towards prioritizing your mental well-being. You will be supported by a licensed clinical therapist who will provide encouragement. Snacks will be provided. This will be for individuals ages 18 and up. See you there!
