Family Class: Chocolate Chip Cookie Sammiches

Each ticket includes admission for one grown up + one kid*! You will share a baking table and work together to make the recipes.

In this class, you will:

• make chocolate chip cookies AND vanilla buttercream… from scratch!
• learn lots of baking tips you can apply to other recipes
• practice the creaming method and how to apply it in two different recipes
• gain confidence using a stand mixer
• discuss what “job” each ingredient is “hired” to do in the recipe
• take home a bunch of tasty, ready-to-eat cookie sammiches you made yourself AND some cookie dough and icing for later!
• have FUN with your baking buddy!
