Downtown:

Founder Libby Campo has a background in behavioral sciences and is keen on the many ways that yoga can improve quality of life by encouraging daily mindfulness. Try a single class for $15 or opt for one of their membership packages.

Every Tuesday until October 2nd, Memphis Greenspace & Downtown Memphis Commission are partnering to offer this free yoga series. Bend and stretch on the bluff overlooking the river. Get details and make sure you take care of the waiver here.

Midtown:

Delta Groove’s mission is to heal, uplift, and inspire each other, the community, and ultimately the world by strengthening you and helping you find out what your body is telling you. Offering 90 minute hot yoga classes and inferno pilates, Bikram is sure to get your detox kickstarted. Prices range anywhere from one individual class to yearly memberships. East Memphis:

Eastern Sun Yoga practices classical yoga focused on balanced strength and flexibility. Prices are offered for individual classes and 5-8 week series. If you are attending a class for the first time, check the schedule and contact the instructor of the class you are planning to attend. More than just a yoga facility, Better Bodies seeks to help its customers celebrate their individualities and address personal challenges through yoga, pranayama, meditation, and heat. Kick off your day with Dixon’s 6:15am-7:15am yoga class. Certified personal trainer and fitness instructor Peggy Reisser leads a rejuvenating sunrise yoga class every Wednesday. A reasonable level of fitness is necessary for participants; modifications will be made for various levels of experience. Members can attend for free; non-members will have a $5 charge.

Hot Yoga Plus offers both heated and non-heated classes, workshops, retreats and teacher trainings. Single classes are $20/each and private classes are available. Unlimited classes are $160/month or $1200/year. Student pricing is $15/class, $95/month plus $49 setup fee, or $110/10 visits.

Germantown:

Sumits practices hot yoga in the early morning, afternoon, evening, and weekends. Each session aims to strengthen the core, increase flexibility, and implement balance while releasing toxins and increasing blood flow. Multiple Locations:
