The Yida Photography Exhibit examines the crisis in Sudan through the eyes of those who have escaped. The 313 breathtaking images featured in this traveling exhibit are part of a collection of 4,535 photos taken in a Yida Refugee Camp by Operation Broken Silence photographers.

Yida is an immersive experience that takes you into the heart of life in this refugee camp. This powerful media project is as educational as it is inspirational. Throughout the exhibit, you will be introduced to the Nuba people, the challenges they face, and tangible ways to get involved. This project took thousands of travel miles, endless camera clicks, and the help of carpenters, designers, companies, and donors to accomplish. Yida is also available for any groups in the Greater Memphis area to host for the remainder of the year.
