Wiseacre Brewing Co. held their ribbon-cutting ceremony on Wed. Aug. 28, at 2783 Broad Ave.

The taproom will be open on Fridays and Saturdays and will feature different beers on tap such as Tiny Bomb American Pilsner and Ananda India Pale Ale.

Wiseacre announced a few months ago that they will package Tiny Bomb and Ananda in a can (which makes it the first craft brewery in Tennessee to can beer). The ribbon-cutting on Wednesday also represents the kickoff of a new loan fund from River City Capital, which contributed funding to the brewery.

You can check out their taproom and some of their craft beers this week on Friday Aug 30th from 4-8pm and Saturday the 31st from 1-8pm.  After this weekend, the tap room hours will be Thursdays and Fridays, 4 to 8 p.m., and Saturdays from 1 to 8 p.m.

There will be food trucks with food for sale outside, and beer inside, including tasters, pints and growlers.
