Wear Your Memphis Loud: Eso Tolson’s Tee Is Back at The MRKT

Back by popular demand, the iconic “Memphis, Memphis, Memphis”  tee designed by the incomparable Eso Tolson is making its return.

In 2022, Choose901 launched the Signature Series: a limited-edition merch line created in collaboration with local artists to reflect their personal style and connection to Memphis. The best part? 100% of proceeds went back to the artist.

Eso Tolson—a beloved Memphis creative and Choose901 OG—was our very first collaborator. His design sold out three times in just one week, proving how deeply it resonated with the city.

Now, to honor Juneteenth, we’re running it back. Catch the exclusive re-release of Eso’s tee in person at The MRKT on June 19th from 11AM–5PM at The Sterrick Building.

When asked what the tee would say if it could talk, Eso said:

“I’m from Memphis, mane.” We couldn’t agree more.

New Colorways. Same Realness.

Eso didn’t just remix the color palette—he gave each one meaning:

🕊️ White & Blue – The white speaks to antiquity—what came before us—while the blue symbolizes the sky, reminding us there’s no limit to the freedom and opportunity Black people deserve.

A man wearing a yellow beanie, blue "Memphis" t-shirt, tan pants, and white sneakers sits on a brown leather couch with turquoise paneled walls in the background, embodying the creative spirit of Eso Tolson and MRKT.

🍊 Orange & Grey – A tribute to Orange Mound, the first self-built all Black neighborhood in America, founded right here in Memphis. Still a cultural cornerstone, this colorway honors the deep roots and rich culutre of the 901.

A man wearing a yellow knit hat, "Memphis" t-shirt, khaki pants, and white sneakers sits on a brown leather couch in a room with teal paneled walls—a cool scene inspired by Eso Tolson’s distinctive MRKT style.

🛠️ Navy & White – A nod to Memphis’ blue-collar workers—the folks grinding every day, keeping this city moving no matter the odds.

This time around, proceeds benefit both Eso Tolson and Give901, Choose901’s sister campaign. That means your purchase supports a dope local artist and helps fund local education and empowering mentors.

Snag your “Memphis, Memphis, Memphis” tee this Juneteenth at The MRKT—June 19th, 11AM–5PM at The Sterrick Building.
