Trolley Night

South Main Turns Up the Volume for “Trolley Night Madness” Season Kickoff

Memphis, TN — South Main is kicking off Trolley Night in a big way with “Trolley Night Madness” on Friday, March 27th—an electric старт to the season celebrating 25(ish) years of one of Memphis’ most iconic street events.

From 5 PM until late, the South Main Historic Arts District will be packed with energy as more than 24 local vendors, live music, gallery openings, pop-up specials, and street-side experiences take over the neighborhood. Guests are encouraged to wear jerseys, bring the hype, and come ready to celebrate.

New this year: a Kids & Family Zone from 5–7 PM at Slider Inn, featuring face painting, sand art, aluminum sculpture making, and giant games—making Trolley Night a must-do for families as well as longtime fans.

A dedicated Members Area at 510 S. Main will offer a pregame-style hangout with food, drinks, and prime people-watching from 5–7 PM.

“This is the night that sets the tone,” organizers say. “It’s high-energy, it’s community-driven, and it’s everything people love about South Main—just louder.”

A full Specials Guide drops earlier in the week, giving attendees even more reasons to explore, shop, sip, and stay late.
