Tin Roof, a restaurant concept based in Nashville, Tenn., is coming to 315 Beale Street, anchoring the corner opposite Handy Park and adjacent to the FedEx Forum. Tin Roof will offer local and national live music, an extensive food and drink menu and a laid-back atmosphere.
“We are proud to help bring Tin Roof to one of our country’s most active entertainment and music districts, thereby aligning with its mission of supporting local musicians and fostering a sense of community,” said Fletcher Elkington of Elkington Real Estate Group, who brokered the transaction.
The 11,000-square-foot space, controlled by Memphis Sound Productions, Inc., was previously occupied by Hard Rock Cafe.
Tin Roof will be open for lunch and dinner, and will feature weekly live music for fans of all genres and offer a creative food menu developed by the restaurant’s own executive chef Will Zuchman. The menu will highlight “TennMex” cuisine, a style unique to Tin Roof that blends foods native to Tennessee and neighboring regions with traditional Mexican dishes.
Tin Roof is expected to open later this year.
