The Crosstown Easter Egg Hunt 🥚

7 Hidden Gems. 1 Challenge. Endless Vibes.

You’ve walked the halls. You’ve sipped the coffee. You’ve probably posted a photo (or five) by the red staircase. But did you know that Crosstown Concourse is full of hidden Easter eggs—little nods to the building’s past and the creative minds that brought it back to life?

We’re teaming up with Choose901 to turn these secrets into a challenge.

📸 FIND THEM. SNAP THEM. TAG US. WIN.
That’s the vibe. Find all 7 Easter eggs below, post your pics to Instagram, and you’ll be entered to win an exclusive Crosstown Concourse prize pack—including a $100 Crosstown e-gift card, local goodies, and Choose901 swag.

Here’s your cheat sheet:

Reception desk with a circular logo at the front, part of a modern, industrial-style interior with exposed concrete and a metal staircase.

1. Concourse C

📍Central Atrium – Visitor Desk
That giant “C” on the front of the visitor desk? It’s not just for show—it was cast from melted-down radiators found in the building during construction. Give it a closer look (and maybe a boomerang while you’re at it).

Exterior of a parking garage with "YOURS" in large orange letters on the side. A few pedestrians walk nearby. A black car is exiting under a sign that says "OUT".

2. Yours/Ours Sign

📍Northeast corner, above Concourse Avenue
As you drive in, glance up. The blinking “Y” in the “YOURS” sign isn’t a glitch—it’s a message. Crosstown is both Ours and Yours, and that’s something worth capturing.

Bright red spiral staircase in a modern building with people walking nearby. A sign and display boards are on the ground floor.

3. Spiral Stairs

📍Entrance to Crosstown Arts (2nd floor)
Red. Iconic. Spiraling into your feed. These stairs aren’t just art—they’re a sculptural tribute to the chutes that once carried Sears packages to the loading docks. Strike a pose mid-spiral for bonus drama.

Colorful abstract mural with geometric shapes and patterns, featuring the word "TOGETHER," displayed in a hallway with a concrete floor and overhead lighting.

4. Fence Mural

📍West retail hallway
It looks like a piece of public art—and it is—but it’s also made from the fence that surrounded the Crosstown Theater during construction. Snap a wide shot and tag your artsy friend.

A plant grows in a repurposed, rusted metal container labeled for civil defense survival supplies, placed against a brick wall.

5. Survival Planters

📍Outside the West Atrium
Once stocked with Cold War-era emergency rations, these green cans now hold plants instead of panic. You’ll find them near Church Health and the YMCA. Bonus points for a photo with a fresh bloom.

Entrance to a building labeled "Crosstown Theater" with glass doors and large windows, surrounded by a spacious concrete area.

6. L&N Rail Lines

📍North Plaza, near Crosstown Theater
Look down! Those metal lines in the concrete trace the path of the old L&N Railroad that helped power Sears’ shipping ops. Historic AND aesthetic.

View looking up at a modern atrium with multiple stories of glass and steel, featuring large windows and geometric architectural design elements.

7. Parcels Sign

📍West Atrium – Look Up
Named for the millions of packages once sorted here, Parcels @ Concourse is now a stylish apartment community on the upper floors. Spot the signage above the West Atrium and tag a friend you’d live here with.

How to Enter:

  1. đź“· Find all of the 7 Easter eggs listed above.
  2. ✨ Post your photos to Instagram (feed or stories—both count!).

Whether you’re a longtime Crosstown regular or just here for the vibes, this is your sign to explore with fresh eyes. These Easter eggs aren’t just fun photo ops—they’re little reminders of how much soul lives inside this big, beautiful building.
