A brand new music venue and restaurant called The Bluff will be coming to the newly-renovated Highland Strip with construction starting this month at 535 South Highland. The 5,952 square foot space will include two downstairs bars, a large stage area and green room as well as a 1,300 sq. ft. mezzanine that will have an outdoor patio with an additional bar area that will be next to the stage.
Hudson Chadwick, one of the owners, previously owned the very successful Rafters Music and Food and The Corner Bar in Oxford, MS.
The Bluff will have live music and will be another great space to watch sports games on the multiple TVs and projectors. Their menu will feature Cajun-inspired food and will focus on sourcing local ingredients whenever possible. One exception will be made for Leidenheimer Baking Company’s famous po-boy bread, which will be brought in from the New Orleans’ based bakery.
