2. South Point Celebrates 3 Years with Live Series

The exterior of Southpoint Grocery at dusk features bright neon signage, reminiscent of the vibrant spirit celebrated in Memphis Good News. This brick building boasts large windows and a warmly lit-up entrance, reflecting the welcoming charm often highlighted by 901 Good News.

Since opening, South Point Grocery has become a staple in downtown Memphis! Offering a spot for Memphians to shop locally and a space for the community to come together. In celebration of its 3rd anniversary, South Point will host a live music series kicking off on March 22nd. The concert series will feature local acts like Jesse Wilcox, Steve Lockwood, and Jeff Hulett.

3. UTHSC R1 Status puts Memphis on the Map

4. Penny Named to Coach of the Year Watch List

5. Peabody Memphis to start $18 million renovation in early March

The iconic Peabody Hotel has been open since 1925 and is now gearing up for a round of renovations as part of a larger $130 million 30-year renovation project. The renovations will help keep the Peabody Hotel modern and relevant, ensuring that Memphis can continue bolstering itself as a city worth visiting.
