Score Big: 3 Hours of Downtown Memphis Parking for Just $5

Parking Downtown, but make it affordable! Starting May 11, 2026 visitors and locals can spend more time exploring Downtown and less money on parking with a special parking promotion: park up to three hours for just $5 at select garages and lots.

This summer deal, running from May 11 through August 31, 2026, is available Sunday through Thursday between 5 p.m. and 9 p.m., making it ideal for dinner at one of our Downtown restaurants, an evening stroll in the park, shopping trips, a show at the Theater, or just an after work social gathering.

How to Access the $5 Rate

To activate the discounted rate, follow the instructions at participating garages and lots to activate the rate. Select the 3HR For $5 parking promo when using the Premium Website, Premium Parking App, CameraPay (scan the posted QR code in the garage or parking lot), TextPay (instructions posted on site), parking rate not available at kiosks.

Peabody Place Garage – 250 Peabody Place (P2725)

Citadel Garage – 199 Jefferson Ave (P2716)

First Park Place – 21 S. Second Street (P2720)

Mobility Center – 60 Beale Street (P2757)

Gayoso Garage – 106 Gayoso Avenue (P2724)

Shoppers Garage – 85 N. Front Street (P2721)

Bakery Garage – 400 Monroe Avenue (P2709)

Sterick North Garage – 22 North B.B. King Boulevard (P2769)

Sterick East Lot – 220 Madison Avenue (P2770)

This promotion is a collaborative effort by the Downtown Memphis Commission (DMC), the Downtown Mobility Authority (DMA), Premium Parking, and other downtown partners, aiming to make downtown more accessible and encourage community engagement.

Additional Information

Each vehicle is limited to one $5 rate per day.

If you stay beyond the three-hour limit, you will receive a notification and can choose to extend your parking at the regular hourly rate, which varies by location.

The $5 rate may not be available during major events or peak times; availability can change based on the event schedule.
