One of the most charming ways you can spend a Sunday afternoon in Memphis is about to return for its fall season with another exceptionally good lineup.
The River Series at the Harbor Town Amphitheater starts back up again in September for three engagements. It’s typically kid-friendly, low-cost (but if you’re feeling generous, you can certainly drop a little more in the bucket), and then there are those pretty marina views!
All shows will take place at the Maria Montessori Amphitheater at Harbor Town, located at 740 Harbor Bend Road. Doors open at 3 p.m. and the audience is invited to enjoy DJ entertainment until the scheduled performances begin at 4.
A minimum donation of $5 per person is requested at the door, with all proceeds benefiting The Maria Montessori School.
There will be beverages available for purchase at the venue, and if you’re hungry, Cordelia’s Market across the street is clutch for to-go sandwiches and snacks.
The series is sponsored by Wiseacre Brewing, Regional One Health, The Memphis Flyer, and Dr. Allison Stiles, and curated by Zac Ives from Goner Records and Robby Grant from Shoulder Tap.
