Reharvest Memphis 2026: Chefs Turn Rescued Ingredients Into Something Delicious

Somewhere in Memphis right now, a chef is staring at a crate of surplus tomatoes and seeing a very good bite ๐Ÿ… It is a real talent, and on Thursday night it gets a full room at Crosstown Concourse for Reharvest Memphis 2026, the annual Project Green Fork fundraiser where rescued ingredients get a second act on the plate.

A lineup of chefs, one mixologist, a Chopped challenge and a silent auction, with beer, wine and a signature cocktail on the house. Guests taste, vote and bid while Project Green Fork keeps helping Memphis restaurants make the most of every ingredient โœจ

Bites, Ballots and a Chopped Challenge

The evening is part tasting event, part friendly cook off and part community fundraiser ๐Ÿ‘ฉ๐Ÿฝโ€๐Ÿณ

  • Hors d'oeuvres from rescued ingredients. Chefs create small bites from surplus items gathered from the Mid-South Food Bank and Scott Street Tomato House.
  • A Chopped challenge. An interactive round built around an ingredient that rarely gets its moment in the spotlight.
  • A vote for the favorite dish. Guests mingle with the chefs, sample the fare and cast a ballot.
  • Drinks included. Complimentary beer, wine, a signature cocktail and a mocktail, served by partners at Art Bar at Crosstown Arts.

Where Every Ingredient Gets a Second Act at Project Green Fork

Project Green Fork, a program of Clean Memphis, builds a more sustainable food system for all Memphians by rescuing surplus food, connecting local partners and sharing green dining practices. Clean Memphis was founded in 2008 to foster a cleaner, greener Memphis. Reharvest is where that work gets delicious! ๐Ÿฅ•
