This July, Ramblin’ Joe’s Coffee is dedicating the entire month to recognizing the emergency personnel who put their communities first.
Through its annual Pay It Forward Campaign, Ramblin’ Joe’s is providing complimentary drinks to local first responders. A small but meaningful way to thank those who spend countless hours caring for others.
Whether they’re responding to medical emergencies, fighting fires, or answering 911 calls, first responders are often the ones helping during life’s most critical moments.
For Ramblin’ Joe’s founder, David Lambert, giving back to first responders has always been personal.
“Joe’s main belief has always been about giving back to our community every day,” said David Lambert. “This campaign is our way of saying thank you with something as simple as a great cup of coffee.”

The initiative is rooted in the company’s list of guiding values known as Joe’s Ways, which influence every decision made across Ramblin’ Joe’s cafés and communities.
The very first principle of Joe’s Way is: Support Your Community.
It’s more than a slogan though; it’s a commitment to invest in the people who make our communities stronger. From supporting local schools and nonprofit organizations to fueling the St. Jude Marathon every year, Ramblin’ Joe’s believes that every business has the opportunity to make a lasting difference beyond its walls.
“Coffee has always brought people together,” said Megan Lambert, Operations Manager. “Our hope is that every complimentary drink reminds a first responder that their hard work, sacrifice, and dedication are appreciated by the community they serve.”
Throughout the month, first responders are invited to stop by Ramblin’ Joe’s locations to enjoy a complimentary handcrafted beverage made possible through the Pay It Forward Campaign.
Community members who would like to join Ramblin’ Joe’s Coffee in recognizing these local heroes can do so by making a $3 Pay It Forward donation with any purchase during the month of July.
