Loeb Properties has just announced the construction of a new retail center on Union Avenue .

“This constitutes a rare opportunity for a tenant to move into brand-new retail space on Union Avenue in the heart of Midtown,” says Aaron Petree, CCIM, Loeb’s leasing broker for the property.

Located at the corner of Union Avenue and Diana Street, two blocks from Overton Square and the Theater District, this new shopping center will comprise 7,500 sf total. The design includes a restaurant patio option, dedicated parking lot, Union Avenue frontage, and contemporary features. The space is currently pre-leasing the last remaining 2,250 sf availability, and is ideal for restaurant or retail use. The existing structure will undergo demolition beginning by April 1, with construction slated to begin in May and completed this fall.
