Musicians for Le Bonheur Announce Artists

Musicians for Le Bonheur has announced announced twenty-three artists involved in their efforts to raise money for LeBonheur Children’s Hospital.

This project, headed by Angry Nerd Music with support from the Grove Recording Studios, utilizes the talents of local area musicians to raise money and awareness for the hospital through events and sales of the annual compilation CD.

Participating this year are:

Megan Myles (country), the Chinese Connection Dub Embassy (reggae), Ryan Peel (pop/R&B), Rice Drewry (folk rock), Frankie Hollie and the Noise (country), Snowglobe (rock), Margaret “Butta MD” DeLoach (hip-hop), Ed Harris (rock), Mike Hewlett & the Racket (rock), This Glorious Cause (Christian rock), Tyke T (hip-hop), the Nathan Buttrey Band (blues-rock), Darin Lee Jerden (rock), Mindy Howell (pop), Where’s Mona (pop/rock), Loser’s Way Home (Christian rock), Jimmy Stephens, Jr. and the Blues City Road Dogs (rock), Lately David (pop/rock), Yancy and Yancy (folk), John Milstead (rock), and Crashing Broadway (rock). Angry Nerd Music and the Grove Recording Studios donate free studio time to the artists involved.

 

Musicians for Le Bonheur succeeded in raising $2,300 and an additional  $4,000 in CD’s for the hospital in October of 2013, .

Events will be announced throughout the summer season.
