Ugly Mug Coffee can be found on grocery store shelves, in restaurant and coffee shops around the Mid-South. Now they’re opening their own cafe on Dec 1st so you can get it straight from the source. Ugly Mug is opening it’s newest cafe at Poplar and Perkins Extended (in the old Poplar Perk’n spot). The cafe will feature coffee, espresso, and frappés along with some breakfast and lunch items. There will also be a drive through window for those mornings when you’re forced to enjoy your breakfast on the run.
“The café will feature 3rd wave coffee philosophy while creating an easy and welcoming café experience,” said Ugly Mug president David Lambert. “It’s unpretentious quality coffee for everyone.”
La Baguette, the specialty bakery and sandwich shop off Poplar has teamed up to offer a cake you can only find at Ugly Mug featuring their exclusive buttermoon flavor. Ugly Mug prides itself in being a local, fair trade, and organic roaster bringing high quality coffee to the Mid-South.
