For all my brew lovers out there here is your time to shine!
It is that time again for the fourth annual Revolutions Bicycle Co-Op Tour De Brewer #4, a guided tour of breweries on bicycles. I advise that you start today preparing and getting your mind together for this tour because this isn’t just any old tour. There aren’t many tours that will enable you to get a taste (or two) of four Memphis bred breweries and a free slice of pizza from Fuel Café, while enjoying the beautiful scenery of our lovely city.
The tour will start at Presenting Sponsor Memphis Made Brewery, and will lead to High Cotton Brewing, Ghost River Brewing, Crosstown Brewing, and finally back to Memphis Made Brewing. It would behoove you to bring helmets, lights, locks, and whatever you need for your bikes as riders will ride at their own risk. Participants are responsible for purchasing their own drinks and providing required identification.
If you do not have a bike, Explore Bike Share will have a limited number of bikes available, and will be on a first come first serve basis.
The unique thing about this event is that Memphis Made Brewing Co will be donating 20% of the event sales to Revolution’s 4th grade Bicycle Safety Program at Shelby County Schools, which will launch very soon. Not to mention all proceeds will go towards buying two classroom sets of bicycles.
