Position Summary:

As a Supply Chain Analyst, your main focus will be to increase Titan’s supply chain efficiency by having the right inventory in the right distribution center at the right time. In this role, you’ll conduct data analysis to improve our supply chain operations. You’ll work directly with suppliers in the United States and Asia. Problem solving skills and higher than normal attention to detail are essential traits for this position. Your goal as a Supply Chain Analyst at Titan should be to help our supply chain run as efficiently and successfully as possible.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage good relationships with Titan’s suppliers, both domestic and overseas
  • Work with product vertical teams to forecast inventory needs
  • Create/enter purchase orders into ERP
  • Work on projects to increase supply chain efficiency
  • Track KPIs and report on Titan supply chain’s performance. Identify the root cause and develop plan to correct problems as they occur
  • Plan and implement supply chain optimization projects
  • Create processes and methods for gathering supply chain data

Qualifications (Education and Experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Finance, Data Analytics, or similar relevant field required
  • Basic understanding of all levels of the supply chain process (inventory planning, procurement, transportation)
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, relational databases, and ERP Systems
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Proven experience in data mining, analysis and reporting

  • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on Titan’s success
  • Must be a critical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively with all levels within an organization across multiple functions
  • Ability to communicate orally with vendors, management, and coworkers is crucial
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to remain in a stationary position approximately 50% of the time, as well as the ability to move about the office and warehouses occasionally is required.

Job Type/Location/Work Environment:

  • Permanent, Full Time
  • Location: Memphis, TN
  • Normally indoors, in a traditional office setting
  • Occasional travel to warehouse sites or vendor sites (10-15%) for audits, inspections, and other QC purposes may be required.
  • No heavy lifting is expected, though occasional exertion of 10-20lbs of force (for inspection of products and materials) is required.
