Pediatric Physical Therapist
Under the supervision of the Director of Children’s Services, the Pediatric Physical Therapist will provide early intervention services to children, starting at birth, in a home-based setting. This role will be responsible for the evaluation of the child and the implementation of the physical therapy treatment plan. The Physical Therapist will also be responsible for appropriate communication (verbal&written) with family members, service coordinators and intake/billing specialist.
Tennessee Pediatric Physical Therapist license required. Prior experience is preferred. Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and must possess a valid TN, AR, or MS driver’s license.
