Performs a variety of routine and some non-routine clerical functions in accordance with standard procedures. Inputs data into a system. Produces reports for others. Contacts other departments and/or outside agencies to resolve problems. Under direct supervision, this level employee performs a variety of routine assignments that may be somewhat difficult in nature, but involve limited responsibility.
-Prepares various reports on an ad-hoc or regular basis.
-Assists customers with questions and provides answers, referrals, or solutions.
-Compile, sort, and verify accuracy of data to be entered.
-Participate in special projects as assigned by supervisor and/or area manager.
-Knowledge of an applicable computer software program, organizational skills
-Previous administrative and customer service experience
-Ability to multi-task and effectively manage multiple priorities
-Banking/Mortgage experience highly preferred
-Work Hours: Monday thru Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm (some possible overtime)
