Evolve Bank & Trust: Mortgage Corporate Processor Trainer

Responsible for processing mortgage loan applications and loan approvals according to lender requirements at the corporate level by performing the following duties.  Additionally, primary training assistance for LPO processing training and onboarding.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
-Processes all mortgage files originated by corporate loan originator.
-Coordinates the appropriate approvals, signatures and documentation requests.
-Verifies accuracy of all incoming loan information for each file.
-Assures all credit reports, appraisals and other required information for loan approval is obtained in file.
-Writes conditions of loan approvals in an accurate manner.
-Reports any discrepancies to the appropriate individual for further clarification.
-Interfaces with corporate loan officers as needed.
-Assembles pertinent documents for final loan package as needed.
-Applies knowledge of mortgage holder and investor guidelines daily.
-Reviews lender rate sheets on a daily basis.
-Operates standard office equipment to include:
-Facsimile machine
-telephone
-copier/scanner
-Paper shredder
-Computer (Encompass LOS)
-Verifies invoices and account accuracy and balances.
-Receives and processes borrower funds for appraisals and credited reports each day.
-Mails loan disclosure statements as required.
-Performs other related duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:
-High School Diploma or Equivalent
-Prior work related experience helpful
