Reporting to the Director of Programs, the Clinical Director will set and guide the strategy for this startup program. This person will need to know policy and procedure for both state and local government. The Clinical Director will work in the CISM behavioral clinics to oversee operations and ensure that the facility has the best procedures to care for our students. This person will be a part of Executive Management and work closely with our Managers to coordinate operations in a way that supports business goals and student’s needs. The Clinical Director will assist in writing and implementing policies for social workers. This person may also interact directly with students and families to answer questions and assist in student needs.
CISM is recruiting an ambitious and energetic Clinical Director to join our team! As a Clinical Director at our organization, you will manage and improve our Mental Health Program. In addition, this position will provide support, advice and guidance to the CEO and COS on Mental Health strategy, policy and procedure.
Design, implement and oversee CIS Mental Health Program
Provide supervision of the clinical service delivery, including clinical workflow, documentation and clinical quality assurance (QA) processes.
Manage relevant clinical data for use in reporting, evaluations and research.
Develop and facilitate systems that foster interdepartmental collaboration between clinical, medical, direct care, administration and leadership.
Oversee program’s compliance with legal policies, guidelines and standards
Ensure departments have sufficient and qualified personnel
Organize and run all patient care or administrative operations and programs
Ensure all student records and other programming documentation are current and within state and federal laws
oversee the personnel management, quality assurance and performance improvement, and fiscal budget of the service line and ensure alignment with organization vision and mission.
Plan and manage the clinic’s budget
Provide supervision hours for clinicians and interns seeking licensure in the social work field.
Act as a connection between patients, their families and additional care staff
