- Tuesday, February 6th – Bob’s Burgers Night @ Rec Room – 5 pm to 11 pm
Although the Belchers won’t be there in person, you can still enjoy all things Bob’s Burgers! On February 6th, this party will feature a costume contest (with prizes), themed cocktails, trivia, and even a burger of the day. Happy hour also runs 6 pm to 8 pm featuring discounts on a variety of drinks.
- Thursday, February 8th – Dinner on Stage @ The Orpheum – 6 pm
The evening includes a cocktail reception, a tour of the theatre and backstage, a brief film in the auditorium about The Orpheum’s history, a three-course meal with wine, Broadway trivia, a performance by their student cabaret, and a Q&A session.
- Thursday, February 8 – Premier Butcher Dinner @ Porcellino’s – 7 pm to 9 pm
This is the first in a monthly dinner series taking place on the first Thursday of each month at Porcellino’s Craft Butcher. These dinners will be a collaborative effort between Head Butcher Brad McCarley and a rotating cast of featured chefs (Menu available here).
- Friday, February 9th – Wine for Wishes – 6:30 pm to 9:30 pm
Wine for Wishes is hosted by Make-A-Wish Mid-South’s Associate Board, a group of Memphis-based young professionals who have committed to the organization’s mission and support Make-A-Wish through event-based fundraising. They’re bringing you a fun-filled wine tasting with live music, a wine pull, door prizes & catered hors d’oeuvres, and tickets are just $55.
- Saturday, February 10th – Whiskey, Wine, and Chocolates @ the Garden – 7 pm
The Memphis Botanic Garden will be hosting this tasty event. Enjoy an evening of creations by chocolatier Phillip Ashley with a variety of whiskey, beer, wine, cocktails, and champagne. Admission includes chocolate pairings, and appetizers. Advance tickets required as space is limited.

- Saturday, February 10th – South Main Mardi Gras Bar Crawl – 12 pm to 12 am
Ghost River Brewing Co., Loflin Yard, Carolina Watershed, and The Dirty Crow Inn are all partnering for a Mardi Gras Bar Crawl! All within walking-distance of each other, you can come and go as you please whether it’s by foot, bike, or even by hopping on the Sprock n’ Roll Party Bike.
- Saturday, February 10th – Flowers & Chocolates @ Wiseacre Brewing Co. – 2 pm to 10 pm
With this brewery tour and pairing, you’ll get to enjoy it all: beers full of flavors from chocolaty malts, seasoned with flowers and paired with Dinstuhl’s Fine Candy Company chocolates. Wiseacre is offering three sessions in the afternoon, at 2, 4, and 6 pm. Tickets are $20 and include six chocolates paired with six beers and a tour with info about hops, roasted malt, and more.
- Saturday, February 10th – 3rd Annual No-Show Ball
The No-Show ball is exactly what it sounds like: a fancy dinner delivered right to your door! The cooler will include an entree, side, salad, bread, dessert, and bottle of wine. The cost of the cooler is $100.
- Sunday, February 11th – Beer Dinner With Memphis Made And Gourmade Food Truck – 5pm to 7pm
This beer dinner includes a four course meal prepared on site, with each course made specifically for the corresponding beer. The dinner will feature two Memphis Made classics, and two of their limited high-gravity brews, in addition to an unpaired greeter beer. Reservations can be taken via email, and payment will be taken in advance at Corks Wine and Spirits. Friends and family are welcome, come spend an evening with your fellow Brewhaus members enjoying great beers and great food.
- Monday, February 12th – Sushi Making Class @ Whole Foods Germantown – 6 pm to 8 pm
Class includes Sushi How to Booklet, bamboo mat, water and Japanese tea sample, three types of sushi rolls, ginger, soy, and wasabi. Register in person at Customer Service or by calling at 901-896-3245.

- Saturday, February 17th – Make your own Bitters – 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm
Ever wanted to learn how to make your own bitter? Look no further. Two Rivers Bookstore will be hosting as you learn how about the entire process of crafting your own bitter. By the end of the class, you’ll be going home with your own original aromatic bitters and recipes, plus a bottle in which to decant your final product after it has aged.
- Saturday, February 17th – The Sweetheart Experience
Paradox Underground is an exclusive dining club, a sort of culinary speakeasy in Memphis that offers dining experiences of a lifetime. For just one night they transform a seemingly obscure location in the city into a unique event venue where Chef Jimmy Gentry along with his Paradox team, serve five masterfully created courses that are paired with the perfect libations. The menu and location of each event remain undisclosed until 48 hours prior to the dinner, ticket holders will then receive an email or text revealing all the final details. Each event promises the chance to eat, drink, and mingle at a place where no one has dined before and may never get the chance to again.

Ghost River Brewing Co. is partnering with Two Girls and a Whip for a monthly craft cupcake + craft beer dinner. This menu will have two savory and two sweet cupcakes paired with four different Ghost River beers.
