We got to Rick a couple of quick questions ahead of his visit.
Have you visited Memphis before? What are you looking forward to?
This is my first trip to Memphis. I’m primarily here on business, but I want to fully experience the local culture while I’m in town. A visit to Graceland is a must. I met Elvis Presley in Hawaii in 1973 and I’ve always been a big fan. In addition to seeing Graceland, I’d like to tour Sun Studio and relive the history that was made there.
What’s the key to appreciating a fine scotch? How do you know you’ve got a good one on your hands?
It’s simpler than you may think. Smell it, sip it, hold it for eight to 10 seconds, and acknowledge your surroundings, such as ambient sounds, views and the temperature in the room. You’ll know if you’ve got a good one.
