For nearly three decades, DeNeuville Learning Center for Women (DLC) has been a source of hope and transformation for women in Memphis. And this year, they’re throwing a celebration you won’t want to miss! On April 3, 2025, the 27th Annual DLC Gala will bring together the community for a night of elegance, inspiration, and purpose—all in support of empowering women through education.
Why Does DLC Matter?
Life doesn’t always go as planned, and for many women in Memphis, accessing education and job opportunities can feel like an uphill battle. That’s where DLC steps in. They provide the support, encouragement, and resources women need to build brighter futures for themselves and their families. With services like GED preparation, computer training and financial literacy workshops, DLC is changing lives—one woman at a time.
Each year, DLC serves around 300 women and 75 children, offering not just education, but also job readiness training, emergency support, and a network of encouragement that helps them succeed.

This isn’t just any fundraiser—it’s a night filled with fun, community, and meaningful connections. Here’s what to expect:
