Looking for a candidate who is detail oriented and dependable who will use their interpersonal and customer service skills to serve the elderly with compassion and integrity by performing general maintenance work in and around the property including but not limited to electrical, plumbing, and carpentry work. Problem-solving and time management skills are necessary. Leadership, teamwork, customer service, and budgeting skills are necessary. Familiarity with computers and electronics are desired. REAC experience preferred. Driver’s license required.
