Senior Project Director, ASPPH Project

Duties include, but are not limited to:

Partnering with High School Educators to Build Pathways to Disease Intervention Certification.

Implements and develops grant applications, and designs and implements grant-funded programming. Manages and coordinates the required grant staff and activities. Fosters a positive, inclusive, and accountable culture while promoting the grant’s mission, vision, values, and brand. Sets clear expectations for all team members, ensures accountability, and appropriately and quickly addresses team concerns.

Responds timely and fully to all requests for information and reports; Provides oversight for day-to-day management of all grant projects, including hiring, training, and supervising all projects; Serves as the project liaison for required advisory boards and community partners.

Develops partnerships to ensure successful implementation and long-term sustainability of the project; Oversees outreach, recruitment, and quality assurance procedures; manages the project budget including ensuring timely and accurate invoicing and monitoring of expenses to ensure all contractual commitments are met.
