Duties and Responsibilities:
Include, but not limited to: Responsible for designing and implementing a Title IX primary prevention program that includes educational trainings, empowerment initiatives and informational campaigns related to gender-based and intimate partner violence, sexual assault, stalking and sexual harassment for university students, faculty and staff. Facilitate delivery of audience-specific small and large group presentations, workshops and training seminars on prevention-related issues and strategies such as consent and bystander intervention. Collect program data and participant feedback through the use of campus surveys, assessments and evaluations.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant area and two years of appropriate experience. An equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be substituted for the degree requirement. Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.

A well-qualified candidate will have the following desired knowledge and skills:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Content expertise in Title IX primary prevention strategies, sexual assault, dating violence, domestic violence, sexual harassment, stalking, consent or bystander intervention.
• Ability to work effectively with various stakeholders including international, LGBTQ and minority populations.
• Experience developing and delivering professional development or adult training programs.
