Stern has an immediate opening for a full-time Advanced Heart Failure Nurse Navigator (RN) in the Advanced Heart Failure and Transplant Clinic at our Walnut Grove office. Must have a minimum of 2 years of Advanced Heart Failure/Transplant experience in the clinic setting or equivalent education and experience in job-related activities. Must be willing to travel to outreach locations as needed. ACLS preferred and BLS required. Applicants should have good communication skills and the ability to perform well in a team environment.
