Kindergarten Teacher

The Land Academy Elementary School, a private school located in Frayser, is excited to welcome a passionate and dedicated Kindergarten Teacher to our growing team. This role is instrumental in laying the academic and social-emotional foundation for our youngest learners. We’re looking for someone who is nurturing, energetic, and committed to cultivating a joyful and engaging classroom environment. The Kindergarten Teacher will design and deliver developmentally appropriate lessons, foster a love for learning, and meet the unique needs of each student. Creativity, collaboration, and a hands-on, student-centered approach to teaching are highly valued at our school.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree (preferably in elementary education or a related field), is a self-starter who thrives in a dynamic environment, and demonstrates strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills. A genuine love for young children, a positive attitude, and a sense of humor are a must. While prior teaching experience is preferred, it is not required.
