We’re looking for an account executive (AE) who shares these values and will reflect them internally and externally. The AE is a link between our clients and the agency. The role involves working directly with the account managers on assigned accounts and directly managing their own accounts. Reports to the assigned account manager.

The AE will generally look after client needs through direct contact, liaison, project management, timelines and budgets, and the marshaling of agency resources. They will be an important day-to-day agency representative to their clients and work with the Sullivan team to provide feedback on creative concepts and strategic recommendations and ensure timely delivery to the client for approval.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manages day-to-day account activities including meeting and liaising with clients and managing workflow for your accounts via an online project management system.
Collaborates with other departments (Creative, Digital, Research, PR) to provide clear direction from the client and to ensure all projects stay on time, on budget, and on strategy.
Provides input in the planning stage as requested by their manager, including determining and defining project scopes and objectives and identifying resources needed to reach those objectives effectively.
Gathers and assembles background information and analyses, as needed, in the development of briefs, etc.
Assists in developing agendas, conference reports, proposals, and other materials related to account service and prepares the above for client presentations.
Helps manage budgets, managing campaign costs, and invoicing clients.
Ensures projects proceed according to plan and deadlines, drawing attention to potential problems before they occur.
Follows the agency approval process before being reviewed by clients or turned over to suppliers.
Makes decisions and establishes work priorities to meet deadlines and accomplish tasks.
Accounts for all time, on a daily basis, related to client projects.
Contributes to any area of the agency needing assistance for overall successful functionality, upholds the agency values, and positively represents the agency.

EXPERIENCE:

2-4 years of experience in account management in an agency or a relevant environment.
BA/BS degree or equivalent.
