Auxiliary Programs Coordinator (Part-Time)

St. Mary’s Episcopal School is seeking a part-time Auxiliary Programs Coordinator for the Spring. Responsibilities include creating and maintaining rosters for After3, Specialty Classes, and Summer at St. Mary’s, facilitating programming schedules for After3 and Specialty Classes for all groups and grade levels, serving as the point person on pickup from all programs, which includes ensuring that all children are signed out by an authorized pick-up person, planning all Day Camp Activities for Summer at St. Mary’s such as recreation, crafts, cooking, & more, creating and developing flyers to post on After3 desk for Specialty and Single Day Classes, ordering all supplies needed, following all opening and closing duties, interacting with students, parents, faculty/staff, and counselors in a positive manner while promoting a positive learning environment.

The successful candidate will be a minimum of 21 years of age with a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent and have the ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Experience working with children is preferred. The availability needed to work is 1:30 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. (Monday, Tuesday, and Friday), 12 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. (Wednesday and Thursday), and 9:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. (Summer, Monday – Friday)

Physical Demands:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is active; it requires standing and walking, including stairs. The employee must be able to traverse school facilities and lead students to safety in the event of an emergency. Employees may be expected to lift up to 50 pounds.
