South Main Historic District | Downtown Memphis

At RITUAL, we’re more than a coffee shop – we’re a neighborhood “sip shop” blending coffee, cocktails, and connection. From morning espresso to evening spritzes, we create an experience that feels elevated, welcoming, and uniquely Memphis.

We’re looking for Baristas who either have bartending experience or are excited to learn the craft of cocktails in a fast-paced, hospitality-driven environment.

What You’ll Do
– Craft high-quality espresso drinks and coffee beverages
– Learn and execute a curated cocktail, wine, and beer program
– Deliver exceptional, warm, and memorable guest experiences
– Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace
– Work as part of a team that values energy, professionalism, and attention to detail
– Help create a vibe that keeps guests coming back

What We’re Looking For
– Experience as a barista, bartender, or in hospitality preferred
– Interest in both coffee and cocktails (we’ll train the right person)
– Strong communication and people skills
– Positive attitude and team-first mindset
– Ability to multitask and stay composed during busy shifts
– Availability for mornings, afternoons, or early evenings (weekends included)
