Culinary Artist

A new concept is opening in midtown Memphis and we are seeking a talented, creative, self-motivated individual to work in our kitchen. Must have at least 1 year experience cooking in a full-service restaurant, fine dining preferred. Knife skills required, experience with a meat slicer is helpful. This is not an entry level position. It requires excellent attention to detail, cleanliness, knowledge of food safety and the ability to plate dishes in an artistic manner.
