Title: Senior Manager of Advancement
Do you have a knack for connecting with individuals, connecting the dots, and driving win-win arrangements? Are you the type of person who agrees it’s never a question of “if” but “how”? Are you ready to transform Memphis through the power of connected leaders? Reporting to the Director of Advancement, the Senior Manager of Advancement will support new and existing relationships between New Memphis and its funding partners, including private-sector companies, foundations, and individual supporters. This role will ensure the organization meets its fundraising goals, pitch donors, and support donor stewardship and strategic partnerships. This individual is a creative self-starter who looks for ways to innovate, problem solve, and take initiative. This is someone who has a passion for Memphis and believes the people of this city are what make lasting change possible.

Salary: Minimum $65,000. New Memphis believes deeply in building competitive compensation packages around experience and talent.
