Ideal candidates should have:

🎧 Experience or knowledge in Music Technology, recording, production, or songwriting

🎤 The ability to sing is a major plus

💃🏽 Dance experience is a plus

🎹 Piano skills are a plus

🌟 A positive attitude, creativity, and the ability to engage young people
