Monogram Foods has an exciting, new opportunity for an HR Systems Analyst who will, with the direction of the HRIS Manager, partner with HR leaders and other company stakeholders to analyze work process design and flow, improve processes and leverage the return on technological capabilities with our HR systems. The Analyst will help build and execute project plans to optimize our current HR systems while conducting long-term planning to ensure we invest in the best systems to meet our business objectives.
This position also serves as a technical point-of-contact for our human resources system and ensures data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing and analysis.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Ensure the efficient recording and secure storage of HR metrics.
- Perform audits on HR processes and documents, including onboarding, offboarding, performance and payroll administration.
- Point of contact for resolving business application issues and provides support and resolution for HR System issues.
- Perform system maintenance, including assisting in the review, testing and implementation of HR system upgrades or implementation to new HR systems.
- Assist in development of standard reports for ongoing customer needs. Help maintain data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing data.
- Provide departments and key stakeholders with key HR metrics by using built-in or advanced reporting writing tools to perform data analysis.
- Aggregate, maintain and analyze key HR data.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have the Following Qualifications:
- Effective in collaboration, providing technical support and training team members.
- Hands-on experience with analyzing HRIS and HR performance metrics and statistics.
- Expert proficiency in database management and reporting.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience documenting processes and performing audits and diagnostic tests as required.
- Advanced Excel skills
- Uses effective approaches for choosing a course of action, identifying potential future challenges, gathering information and strategic thinking.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, HR management or business administration or equivalent work experience.
- 3+ years related experience required.
