Pre-Production Coordinator

Job Summary:
The Pre-production Coordinator acts as a liaison between Account Managers and MRP
Teams/Departments (production, print inventory, packaging, etc.), managing and processing orders,
answering questions, and resolving problems that occur over the course of each vinyl project.

Duties/Responsibilities:
● Receive and enter orders from clients/customers and Account Managers
● Provide information regarding the status of client/customer orders to Account Managers
● Facilitate prompt and accurate delivery of assets for vinyl orders to each corresponding MRP
Team/Department, (audio, accounting, art, data entry, shipping, packaging, etc.)
● Input new information into database systems
● Retrieve data as requested
● Input data provided directly from customers
● Verify data by comparing to source documents
● Provide updates and/or alerts if necessary for vinyl projects
● Followup with applicable MRP Teams/Departments to ensure vinyl projects are on schedule
● Respond to client inquiries as needed or requested
● Escalate problems and concerns
● Develop and nurture team-oriented working relationships with MRP Teams/Departments

Education and Experience:
Prior experience in a pre-production position or similar
Manufacturing experience is preferred but not required
