Trolley Administrator

Responsible for the day-to-day management of Trolley’s established quality

management systems; for developing and implementing new quality assurance processes where necessary

or expanding on existing processes and for actively supporting Trolley management to ensure that all

products, services, processes, procedures, and documentation meet Trolley’s quality requirements.

Responsible for managing and delivering widely diverse projects of varying size and complexity. Identifies,

leads, and manages high priority strategic initiatives that cross organizational lines and have MATA-wide

impact. This position advises and consults with staff and leaders to develop and advance

organizational strategic initiatives that ensure continuous improvement toward the Trolley Department

long-term goals.
