Since 1969, Kitchens Unlimited has been serving the upscale residential market in the Mid-south by providing custom cabinetry design and renovation services. Our team of professional designers works to provide an individual experience for our clientele, tailored to their space, budget, style, home and personality. Our designers have a combination of skills of interior design, architecture, space planning and technical knowledge to make us “specialists” in our field.
We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, Project Manager who works well in a team setting and will assist our General Manager with the daily operations of our projects.
Responsibilities:
Works closely with our clients and sub-contractors to schedule and manage all projects
Communicates frequently with customers to ensure high quality service and expectations are met
Proactively assist in resolving issues as needed
Create and coordinate job schedules with the project designer
Oversees jobsites and actively manage the work on the project
Communicate daily schedule to clients
Conduct site inspections
Evaluate the performance of sub-contractors
Detail and outline instructions to service partners and subcontractors
Communicate closely with the Sales and Design team to provide documentation from site visits
Complete daily report on activities
Communicate billing details to the general manager
Check drawings and estimates for accuracy and compliance with specifications
Qualifications
Complete knowledge of residential construction
Ability to work independently with minimal instruction
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Knowledge of using a variety of computer software applications, to include Microsoft Office
Adaptable/flexible, detail-oriented
Minimum of 3 years of residential construction experience
Minimum education of 2/4 year degree in a business-related field
