Jasper Float Spa & Wellness Center is a pioneering wellness spa committed to creating transformational experiences that help our clients rest, reset, and restore. As we expand to multiple locations this year, we need a strong, grounded leader who can balance a welcoming environment with clear structure, accountability, and professionalism.

We are seeking a Spa Manager to help lead daily operations, support team performance, and contribute to a consistent, high-quality client experience.

The Spa Manager is the “Culture and Operations Anchor” of our business. You will be responsible for the daily excellence of our flagship site and the seamless execution of our service protocols.

This role requires a balance of professionalism, leadership presence, and the ability to maintain a positive but structured team environment.

Position Overview

The Spa Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, supporting team performance, and ensuring a “one of a kind” client experience. This role requires someone who can lead with confidence, maintain professional boundaries, and create consistency across the team. This is a hands-on leadership role–both operational awareness and emotional intelligence are essential.

Key Responsibilities

·     Oversee daily spa operations and ensure smooth workflow

·      Drive the growth of the retail department by managing inventory, implementing  sales strategies, and training the team on product knowledge and “soft-sell” techniques

·     Ensure the spa is “State Board Ready” at all times

·     Support and guide team members while maintaining professional boundaries

·     Ensure consistent, high-quality client experience across all services

·     Address and resolve operational or team concerns in a timely and professional manner

·     Monitor scheduling, coverage, and overall team efficiency

·     Uphold company policies, procedures, and workplace standards

·     Lead by example in professionalism, communication, and accountability

·     Support business growth through client retention, service excellence, and team alignment

What We’re Looking For (Requirements)

·     3+ years in Spa, Hospitality, or Luxury Retail Management

·     Demonstrated ability to manage inventory, hit sales targets, and scale a retail product line

·     Strong communication skills with the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure

·     Experience in clerical and administrative office management

·     Ability to hold team members accountable while maintaining respect and consistency

·     Clear understanding of professional boundaries in the workplace

·     Confident decision-maker who does not rely on peer approval

·     Organized, dependable, detail oriented, and solution focused

·     Emotionally mature with the ability to manage conflict professionally

·     Passion for promoting the benefits of massage and skin care services

·     Flexible schedule, including Saturdays

Compensation

·     Competitive hourly rate ($18–$20/hour + commission, based on experience)
