The Account Service team is responsible for being a strategic partner and trusted advisor to our clients by helping them meet their business goals and tackle issues head on with the right marketing/communications solutions. They champion an outstanding client experience by leading the agency’s integrated team to develop breakthrough ideas and innovative campaigns.
The Account Executive (AE) is responsible for daily contact between the agency and one or more client accounts. The AE leads projects and teams to accomplish the goals as set forth by the agreed-upon client strategy. This includes meeting with Brand Engagement and Strategy leads at the agency to develop the client engagement plan and working with various channel owners (creative, digital, communications) to execute.
The AE role reports to an Account Supervisor. The Account Supervisor will be involved with the AE and client contacts at a strategic level and will work with the AE to help build client relationships and ensure appropriate tactical execution.
Account Executives are also responsible for organic growth within existing clients. Account Executives are not salespeople; they are business partners to our clients. Account Executives will not be asked to cold canvas for new business, as this takes valuable time from core responsibility of servicing their present clients.
