General Manager

– Oversee the day-to-day operations of the establishment, including bartending, food production, and hotel services
– Manage and coordinate banquet and catering events
– Ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction
– Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability
– Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
– Train and supervise staff members to ensure they adhere to company policies and procedures
– Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues that may arise
– Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and finance, to achieve business objectives

– Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Proven experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a managerial role
– Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
– Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure
– Proficient in computer software applications related to hotel management
