Under the general supervision of the Merchandise Supervisors, assist with training and motivating merchandise associates; maintain appearance of the gift shops; perform associate duties as required; act as a role model to others in following policies and procedures of the company/department; provide guest relations; assist merchandise associates with problems as requested and refer as appropriate; other duties as assigned.
